Java Developer with Linux and SQL

Department Description:

We create technologies that our customers rely on as their lifeline. Dimetra is a mission-critical TETRA-based communication system. The Dimetra Network Management team develops and maintains system configuration and monitoring solutions.

Our products leverage various technologies and are developed and tested entirely at our RD center in Krakow.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Java Developer to join one of our scrum teams. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and development to testing and maintenance of customer features.

Basic Requirements:

Proficient in Java 8 and/or Java 21 programming (or other versions with willingness to learn)

Experience with Python, BASH, or other scripting languages

Linux systems skills (RHEL experience preferred)

Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases

Ability to work effectively in an international team

Excellent English communication skills

Bonus Points:

Linux system administration skills

Experience with CI/CD tools and techniques, such as Jenkins

Familiarity with Git, Artifactory, and Jira

Knowledge of network protocols
