Consultant - Scrum Master

For our client, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of components for the automotive industry, we are looking for a Consultant - Digital Workplace Architect (Intermediate Level) in Germany, Frankfurt am Main.

Within the automotive industry, it is one of the leading global manufacturers of exterior rearview mirrors, wiring harnesses and polymer modules and has a diversified industry-leading portfolio of auto ancillary products and services that make it a full system solutions provider for its customers across the globe.

Must have: German language (at least B2)

Services required:

• • Agile Methodology Support:
    o Assist in implementing and executing agile methodologies, especially Scrum, in
    development processes.
    o Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
    - Team Facilitation:
    o Promote communication and cooperation within agile teams.
    o Support team members in agile practices and methods.
    - Continuous Improvement:
    o Help in promoting continuous improvement of agile practices and methods.
    o Review and ensure compliance with agile practices by agile teams.
    - Risk and Problem Management:
    o Identify risks and problems related to agile framework processes and take measures to
    mitigate these risks.
    - Product Backlog Support:
    o Assist the Product Owner in creating and maintaining the Product Backlog.

Mandatory:
o Scrum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the technical management and
guidance of Scrum teams.
o Project and Process Tracking: At least 2 years of experience with project and process
tracking tools, e.g., Jira Software and/or Confluence.
o Leadership/Team Behavior: Proven experience in leading and moderating agile teams,
including presenting results from technical meetings, workshops, and retrospectives.
o Industry Knowledge: Experience in applications for vehicle systems and information
systems for travelers.
o Certifications: Relevant Scrum Master certification.
Desirable:
o Problem-Solving and Work Organization: Proven experience in root cause analysis,
suggesting solutions, and evaluating solutions.
o Language Skills: German language skills, native speaker or with a language certificate C2 or better.
