Client Implementation Analyst/Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the client onboarding process in collaboration with the Sales team for various client types and products (Cash and Derivatives).
  • Engage in active discussions with Sales to manage priorities effectively.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all required elements, such as AML, KYC, and product-to-legal entity alignment.
  • Gain a solid understanding of Client Onboarding policies and process requirements.
  • Manage tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, ability to multi-task, and prioritize projects.
  • Be detail-oriented and self-driven.
  • Exhibit a strong client service orientation.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in Client Onboarding or a KYC role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Common sense combined with strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • A flexible, proactive, and energetic approach is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A strong team player capable of working efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn, given the steep learning curve of this role.
  • A highly confident and professional approach to all tasks, and most importantly, in collaboration with team members.
