Business Consultant - Digital Transformation

Role Overview:

As a Consat Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimize their business strategies and operations especially within digital transformation. You will collaborate with various management levels to identify opportunities for improvement, design data-driven solutions, and implement strategies that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client needs and challenges and guide customers setting a solid strategy and execution plan.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with client objectives.
• Provide expert advice on digital transformation and connected solutions to enhance business performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful client engagements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in business consulting, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
• Domain knowledge within digital transformation, connected solutions, AI and data-driven business.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Swedish
