Requirements

Educational Background:

▪ Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification. (Nice-to-have)

Technical Expertise:
▪ Must-Have: Experience in agile project management and relevant tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, DevOps), experience leading interdisciplinary teams, and travel readiness.
▪ Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with tools like DevOps and a deeper understanding of technical contexts.

Work Experience:
▪ Minimum of 3 years in project management, ideally in a complex IT environment.

Language Skills:
▪ German (C2 level), English (C1 level).

Personality Traits:
▪ Analytical thinking, active listening, solution-oriented mindset, customer orientation, team leadership, assertiveness, and persuasive communication.


Tasks Responsibilities

▪ Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth operation throughout.


▪ Customer Interaction: Manage communication with international clients and ensure their expectations are met.

▪ Project Planning Control: Develop and implement project plans for complex IT projects, including system selection, implementation, and migrations.

▪ Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement solutions to overcome challenges.

▪ Workshop Facilitation: Actively organize and moderate internal and external workshops.

▪ Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate collaboration across different departments and stakeholders within projects.

▪ Project Communication: Create management presentations and maintain clear project communication.

Hiring Process

1) Initial Video Interview: 1-hour discussion with General Managers, HR, and relevant department heads to assess fit and expertise.


2) On-Site Interview in Lindau: 4-5 hours including a team lunch, site tour, and deeper discussions on the role and responsibilities. We cover travel and accommodation costs.

3) Final Decision: Based on overall fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
