Technical Account Management Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Account Specialist to support the account team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships across South, West, and Central Africa for our client in the region. This role involves organizing customer visits, supporting negotiations, and identifying customer needs. You will assist in curating data to showcase the benefits of the company products, coordinate internal communications, and champion the voice of the customer within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the account team in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Assist in the organization of customer visits and negotiations.
• Help identify customer needs and coordinate communication at appropriate levels.
• Support the negotiation and implementation of contracts.
• Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting using tools and CRM systems.
• Execute the sales process.
• Support projects to improve customer relationships and grow the business.

Qualifications:

• College, university, or equivalent degree in technical support, sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the technical field, preferably in mechanical systems, filtration and cooling, engines, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• French language skills are a plus.
• Experience in mechanical companies are preferred.
