Autosar System Architect

What will you do?

As a Base Tech Architect, you will be responsible for designing the foundational technology architecture of our software systems, providing technical leadership, and ensuring that our technology solutions align with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the implementation of a foundational architecture for software systems (i.e. AUTOSAR), ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and development teams to select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development life cycle.
• Conduct prototyping and feasibility studies to validate architectural decisions and assess emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, system designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of architectural guidelines into the software development process.
• Build up the technical documentation base needed for Software Development.
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability improvements in software architecture.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with software architecture in near collaboration with System Safety and Cyber Security Engineers.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience and excellent references as a Software Architect focusing on designing foundational software architectures.
• Knowledge in AUTOSAR, understanding and analyzing the maturity of the different solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and relevant technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail, from design to quality control.
• Adaptability to evolving project needs and technologies.
• Collaborative team player ready to integrate engineering with project management.
