Scrum Master Greenfield Project

As a Scrum Master, you will work with different teams and lead Agile methodologies adaptation. You will define processes and help to implement them in the whole department. Your role will be to facilitate and remove impediments for the team responsible for delivering services for thousands of developers in Aptiv and external stakeholders.

To us nothing is impossible, you will have autonomy and freedom to propose changes and innovations. Plan and execute proof of concepts and explore state-of-the-art solutions, have fun, and celebrate success along the way with us.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with different engineering teams
• Define Scrum best practices and processes to help teams deliver faster and better quality products
• Teach dozens of engineers how to implement Scrum in a scale
• Facilitate scrum meetings and artifact handling
• Follow-up on action points and escalate on impediments
• Prepare reporting based on team performance

Your Background:

• You have experience as a Scrum Master
• You have experience working in a big organization
• You know Scrum methodologies and principles
• You are good at sharing knowledge and building bridges across the organization
• You know project management tools (JIRA or similar)
• You can create burn-down and burn-up reports
• You know how to plan and visualize features using different planning techniques
