About the project:

The project is designed to enhance the credit risk management framework for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending portfolio. This initiative will focus on developing new metrics and workflows that enable more effective management, monitoring, and reporting of risk. The goal is to ensure that risk management practices are robust, efficient, and aligned with industry standards, thereby improving the overall risk posture of the CRE lending portfolio. Through this project, we aim to implement cutting-edge methodologies and technologies to identify, assess, and mitigate credit risk, ensuring that our risk management capabilities remain at the forefront of the industry.

We are seeking on behalf of our client:

• Experience: 3-5 years as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a focus on ETL processes and system integration.
• Technologies: Proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies (Java and React) is essential.
• Database Technologies: Experience with database technologies such as Sybase ASE, Sybase IQ, and Snowflake.
• Data Modeling: Ability to understand business concepts and translate them into logical data models using the firm's proprietary modeling language.
• Code Proficiency: Ability to read and understand existing code and perform debugging.
• ETL Expertise: Prior experience in building ETL processes and data interaction.

Nice to have:

• Willingness to learn or prior experience with Slang Infrastructure (proprietary programming language) and Alloy.
