In this instance, we are looking for a SeniorExtra High Voltage Electrical Engineer to be in charge of all engineering activities in the electrical discipline for specific projects in accordance with contractual requirements (design, budgeted hours, schedule, etc.), and to coordinate with other departments and external agencies

Location: Barcelona.

Work Modality: hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Design and calculation of:

• EHV substations (from 66kV), AIS and GIS type.

• Distribution and transmission lines (from 66kV), aerial and underground type.

• EHV electrical protection system.

• EHV protection and control system.

• Availability and experience concerning design of MV and LV systems as well.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering specialized in Electrical.

• Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in companies specializing in providing engineering services for Extra High Voltage installations.

• Design Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of Extra High Voltage installations, including AIS (Air-Insulated Substations), GIS (Gas-Insulated Substations), distribution and transmission lines, as well as protection and control systems.

• Knowledge of software: ETAP, EMTP ATP, AUTOCAD.

• Fluent in English (Fluent in Portuguese well valued)
