Senior ERP Finance Consultant

As a Senior ERP Finance Consultant, you will primarily be based at our headquarters, playing a crucial role in enhancing both our internal and external processes. Our goal is to better meet the needs of our suppliers and customers while improving collaboration and efficiency within our internal teams. This transformation is part of our transition to a new ERP environment, integrated with specific production and supply chain applications, which requires a thorough reevaluation of existing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance Transition Coaching: You will take on a coaching role during the finance transition, guiding the setup of data, cost centres, and accounting structures, including the chart of accounts, rules, and templates.
• Specialist Areas: You will oversee key finance functions such as VAT Intrastat, costing controlling, transfer pricing, accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP), bank accounting, dunning, reporting, and asset management.
• Integration Monitoring: You will monitor the progress of the ERP integration, ensuring that timelines are met and any risks are effectively managed.
• Communication Management: You will ensure clear and effective internal and external communication at various levels within the organisation.
• Process Activation: You will collaborate closely with our internal team and future partners to activate new processes within our organisation.

Requirements

• Education: A master’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience: Extensive experience in the deployment and integration of ERP finance systems is essential.

Skills

• Ability to clarify or challenge operational queries.
• Strong internal client focus with excellent communication skills.
• A solid understanding of business priorities and objectives.
• A pragmatic approach to achieving step-by-step progress.
• Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
