Product Engineer

What you’ll do:

The successful candidate will be responsible to support the local production site by providing specific technical information related to manufactured products, such as, but not limited to: drawing interpretation, technical specs. interpretation, risk assessment (legal, safety, economic), support and develop testing setup and testing plans, problem solving and root cause analysis, validation and, if required, lead the implementation of core product engineering changes, new products and components. Maintain constant interaction with the technical centers. Additionally, some project management activities will be required to support and execute implementation plans.

Mechanical, Industrial. Robotic, Automation or Design Engineering Proven leadership skills and capability. 

• Strong organization skills 

• Teamwork, integration

• Negotiation skills 

• Effective communication 

• Focus on continuous improvement creativity 

• Positive thinking. Propose smart solutions to work roadblocks. 

• Ability to coach and train employees. 

• Proven presentation and communication skills with big groups (30+ people).
