Production Operator

Exciting opportunity to join our expanding facility on the Isle of Man, manufacturing custom chromatography and Bioseparations products.

 Responsibilities: 

• Operate plant and equipment with efficiency and safety, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and production methods.

• Perform regular process checks and take samples throughout the production process to uphold quality standards.

• Keep the work environment clean and organized.

• Report any issues or deviations that could affect the production process.

• Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth coordination and communication.

• Assume responsibility for all aspects of your role and adhere to operational standards.

• Maintain accurate production records, including batch manufacturing records.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Appropriate for entry-level positions – A-level standard or equivalent.

• Work 12-hour shifts across a 24/7 schedule, rotating between day and night shifts.

• Possess excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Have a keen attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures meticulously.

• Prior experience in a production operation or a similar role in manufacturing is highly desirable.
