Project Manager || Water Distribution

Horizons is looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in water distribution projects to join one of our international clients, a well-known engineering consultancy firm in Saudi Arabia.

Location

• Based in project's location: Southwestern region of Saudi Arabia.
• Relocation to the location is full-covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of water distribution projects of moderate complexity, including team management, technical management, schedule and cost control, quality management, risk management and client management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Accountable for the delivery and managing the project in accordance with project budgets and schedules, while satisfying all technical and quality projects requirements.
• Main client counterpart and ensures client requirements are handled in a professional manner, while maintaining a positive and reputable company image in all interactions.

Qualification Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 20 years of working experience in civil engineering projects.
• Master's degree is preferable.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Experience and track record in managing Water Installation/Petroleum projects.
• Knowledge of water Carbon Steel pipes and Pump Stations projects construction and installations.
• Solid knowledge in all aspects of water project management.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior management, clients and various departments.
