We are the first program for consumers to earn rewards on rent and daily neighborhood spend while creating a path towards home ownership.

With an alliance of the nation’s largest real estate owners, we enable renters in more than three million units across the country to earn points just by paying rent.

We boast of one of the highest value rewards programs on the market today, including one-to-one point transfers to twelve loyalty programs allowing members to travel across more than 100 major airlines and hotel partners fitness classes at the country’s top boutique studios limited-edition and exclusive collections of art and home decor through the Collection, and the ability to use points for rent credits or towards a future downpayment.

We've also partnered with Mastercard to create our Mastercard - the first and only credit card that can be used to pay rent with no fees.

What’s the role?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and effectively selling our products or services. The ideal candidate is motivated, target-driven, and possesses excellent communication, and negotiation skills, and demonstrated experience in the prop-tech space.

Travel required 25% of the time.

In this role, you will…

  • Refine the go-to-market strategy to identify and capture multi-family, SFR, student, senior living, and HOA
  • Identify potential partners through various channels, including email outreach, networking events, and online research
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of owners and operators through the go-to-market strategy focusing on middle-small market operators
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners to understand their needs and challenges
  • Expert knowledge of the value proposition and clearly articulating it through conversations with prospects
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives

In terms of qualifications, we’re seeking:

  • 5-10 years experience in prop tech sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Robust network and relationships within the multifamily owner and operator space
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors in the space
  • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset

In addition to posting salary ranges for our open roles, candidates should expect to be asked about compensation expectations and requirements early on in their interview process. Our goal is to highlight when expectations and our salary range may be out of sync, and work with the candidate to determine whether it makes sense to continue conversations.

We are considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.

Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Our bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Our performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.

The salary range for a Director of Alliance Growth is $170,000 - 200,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
