We have a brand-new opportunity for a Health and Safety Specialist in Poland.  In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our workplace remains a safe and compliant environment by conducting thorough audits, implementing safety measures, and fostering a proactive safety culture. Your expertise will be crucial in protecting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

What You will Do:

• Conduct regular health and safety audits to ensure compliance with local standards ✅
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to mitigate workplace hazards and risks 📋
• Lead safety training sessions for all employees, ensuring everyone is aware of best practices and emergency protocols 🧠
• Investigate accidents and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures 🔍
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all departments 🤝

Preferred Background:

• A higher education degree or postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety🎓
• Fire protection inspector qualifications (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment 🏭
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, local regulations, and safety best practices 📚
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and influence staff at all levels 💬
• Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively 🔄
