Purpose of the role:

 As a Croupier in Bombay Clubs, you will be responsible for dealing and inspecting the games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, various Stud poker variations, and other casino games on offer) at a very high standard to our VIP guests both in land-based environments and virtually in our game studio.

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Following gaming protocols both at the table and in other operational aspects.
• Inspecting games and providing guidance to fellow croupiers when issues arise.
• Keeping a friendly attitude, which is evident in both gameplay and interpersonal interactions.
• Anticipating customer needs and expectations.
• Offering the best possible gaming experience.
• Displaying empathy, accommodation, and respect in interactions with colleagues.
• Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance.
• Giving and receiving guidance when the context of gaming operations necessitates it.
  

What we expect from you:

• A minimum of one year of experience dealing and inspecting games in a casino environment (land-based or live studio) is a must.
• Proficiency in dealing various casino games both in the Casino and in the game studio. Games include but are not limited to Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and multiple variations of Stud poker.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Flexibility in terms of shift assignments and working hours.
• Ability to anticipate the needs and preferences of our guests.
• Proficiency in the English language is imperative any other language is beneficial.

  The hourly salary rate is 13 euros gross. The night fee is calculated separately and is 1,25x higher than the daytime hourly salary rate!
