Business Developer- Milán

From Global Consulting, a middle and executive management selection consultancy within IMAN companies, we are looking for a candidate for a Business Developer position for a renewable power plants company for their new Business Unit in Milan, Italy.

This role includes the next responsibilities:

• Support the development of new projects, by creating a network of shareholder to support the BU Italy growing in the market
• Identify and research potential clients and partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with shareholder
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
• Track and report on the status of proposal components
• Conduct ongoing market research 
• Support the development of organizational initiatives and procedures.
• Additional duties attached to the role as required

What do you need to have for this position?

• Degree in Engineering, Finance or related. Specialized Master’s degree or any other kind of knowledge on renewables is a plus.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in the renewable energies sector, also experience on commercial, finance or legal fields would be valuable.
• Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, SIG tools.
• Languages: full professional working proficiency in Italian and intermediate English. Spanish is high valuable.
