Account Manager - iGaming Industry (Korean speaking)

Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from the Philippines.

Whatthe role entails 

Some of the key responsibilities of our Account Manager will be: 

  • Experienced individual contributor that requires minimal supervision.
  • Liaises between the company and the customers to build a strong bond with the Company and as a trademark.
  • Provides Product Managers and Product Planners with customer feedback and request.
  • Coordinate projects and activities within the company for customers.
  • Works closely with the customers to set a roadmap that correlate with the company’s overall business and development plan.
  • Educates and informs the customer of company products and systems including news and updates of the same.
  • Oversees that product offer, contract and business model is adjusted to provide the most profitable relationship.
  • Introduces, educates and manages integrations with new customers.
  • Oversees marketing material and press releases about products and customers.
  • Contributes as a key member of the management team make valuable contributions to business discussions around the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
  • Travels domestically and/or internationally for business as needed.

  • Gaming experience in the Asia region is a must
  • Korean language
