Requirements

▪ You have a degree in events, marketing, communications or a comparable qualification - a solid foundation for your creative work with us.

▪ You speak German minimum at a C1 level and at least B2 level english▪ With an impressive 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the event/marketing sector and extensive expertise in holistic project management, you have already proven that you can achieve great things.▪ You embody a high sense of responsibility, reliability and always place the highest value on the quality of your work - a standard that sets you apart.▪ Your way of working is characterised by independence and structure. Tasks

▪ As a central contact person (m/f/d), you advise, support and inspire. You are the driving force behind our events. Your talent lies in planning and independently organising events and festivals, both small and large - from start to finish, with a potential of up to 16,000 participants.

▪ You will develop concepts for various event formats, both nationally and internationally, but will be responsible for 90% of the logistical management of the events. ▪ You manage our service providers and partners, negotiate orders and keep an eye on costs. ▪ Thanks to your strong negotiating skills and economic thinking, you optimise resources and ensure efficient cost management.▪ Through structured project management, you will ensure that our events run smoothly. From thorough preparation and professional realisation to careful follow-up, you always maintain an overview and manage with precision and commitment.▪ Most importantly, you guarantee the success of our events. With your professional and prudent approach, you ensure that our events are unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Hiring Process

1) Initial interview with HR: First of all, we will have an initial interview with you, organized by our HR department. Here we want to get to know you better and find out more about your previous experience and qualifications.

2) Second Zoom interview: The next step is a Zoom interview with the respective Team Lead. The main purpose of this interview is to assess your professional skills and your suitability for the team.3) Interview in the office: If the first two interviews are positive, we will invite you to our office for a 3-hour interview. Here you will have the opportunity to meet various colleagues from other departments and get an impression of our office culture.4) After this final step, we will contact you immediately to inform you of our decision. We attach particular importance not only to assessing your professional qualifications, but also to ensuring that you are a good fit for our team and our corporate culture.
