Hospice - RN

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Hospice to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for providing Hospice care to patients in the local area, in the comfort of their own home!

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with Flexible Schedules
• 15,000$ Bonus(Paid Out quarterly)
• Travel Position(Travel Reimbursement provided)
• 6-week comprehensive RN Onboarding Program

Responsibilities:

• Undertake a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the comfort of the patient.
• Perform thorough patient assessments to gauge the patient's condition, identify needs, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Must have strong critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, assessment skills, and the ability to develop a personalized plan of care involving the patient/family.

Required:

• 1+ years of experience as an RN with valid Registered Nurse(RN) state of Illinios(IL)
• Valid Driver's License
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support(AHA BLS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support(AHA ACLS)
