Job Responsibilities:
- ·Product Development: Collect and organize overseas product development information promptly. Stay updated on product development trends and actively participate in new product research and development.
- ·Technical Research and Verification: Conduct preliminary research on new products, including technical confirmation, verification of technical drawings and processes, and efficient management of technology changes.
- ·Design and Validation: Conduct research and design based on new product requirements. Complete the validation and timely release of existing products.
- ·Technical Support: Provide technical support during product production. Address technical issues promptly, assist sales and customer service in handling customer complaints, collect customer feedback, and enhance design quality.
- ·Packaging and Instructions: Develop packaging requirements, transportation conditions, and usage instructions for designed products.
- ·Component Selection and Supplier Research: Participate in the selection of components and research suppliers for new products.
- ·Standardization: Contribute to the standardization of new products. Develop and revise technical standards and procedures, and assist in integrating them into the company's product standardization management.
- ·Quality Collaboration: Collaborate with the quality department to address quality issues and handle non-conformance reviews within the assigned scope.
- Intellectual Property Management: Assist the company in intellectual property application and management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks and/or Inventor, with capabilities in 3D modeling and engineering drawing creation.
- Preferred experience in machine design, particularly in powder material handling or pneumatic conveying systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a quick learning ability.
- Excellent teamwork and goal-oriented.
- Professional attitude, self-motivated, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is mandatory.
