What you will do

The Product manager reports directly to the CPO and will be responsible for developing Brite’s Data Solutions products. Data solutions consists of Brite’s Account Information Services (AIS) products, therefore it is considered a big plus if the candidate has experience from working with PSD2 and AIS. The Data Solution products are sold together with Brite’s payment products as well as a standalone offering.

The Product Manager will be responsible for building out the product offering and setting a strategy together with Product Management for how to design, build and deliver best in class data products on the back of Open banking and Open Finance.

Responsibilities for the Product Manager include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead a cross functional team of engineers, analysts and designers and ensure delivery happens in time and according to specifications.
  • Set and drive the strategy for Brite’s Data Solutions offering.
  • Collaborate closely with Business development and sales teams to collect input from customers and translate it into product features.
  • Set the short, mid and long term roadmap for the Data Solution domain.
  • Define ways of working for Product to ensure efficiency and accuracy in cross functional delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate and iterate on the ways of working in Product and tech to optimise prioritisation and output.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales in packaging and presentation of Brite’s products.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in Open Banking and Open Finance.
  • Be an ambassador for Brite and Brite’s products externally and internally. This includes going to conferences, client meetings and internal training sessions.

Required Skills

  • Thorough understanding of PSD2 and its impact on the payments industry both from a customer and technical perspective.
  • 4+ years of from a leading role in a product development environment.
  • B.Sc. in Engineering, Economics or similar.
  • General knowledge about the payments industry.
  • Key qualities are integrity, analytical skills and ability to create buy-in around you.
  • You enjoy taking the lead and bringing people along on the journey.
  • Strong drive and interest for building great consumer products
