Fullstack software engineer

Your goal

As a Fullstack Software Engineer within our DevOps Team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our digital product and solutions portfolio for water management systems. You'll utilize your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to ideate, design, develop, and optimize user-driven solutions, providing digital value to our organization and our customers. Your passion for applying digital technologies in the water sector will make a difference.

Your day will be dynamic and engaging. You'll participate in brainstorming sessions to devise creative solutions and strategic plans. Your primary tasks will include designing and developing new features, testing, and continuously improving the UI/UX to enhance user experience. You will collaborate with other members of your DevOps Team to support the deployment and monitoring of applications in production environments, utilizing CI/CD processes and automation. You'll work on both new and existing solutions at various lifecycle stages, from Proof of Concept (POC) to mature production systems, ensuring our customers have highly available services.

  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of our IoT process monitoring solution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Utilize modern software development practices and tools to build and test scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
  • Support the DevOps Team in deploying and monitoring applications in production environments, utilizing CI/CD processes and automation.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Fullstack Software Development, with expertise in frontend and backend technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, Java, Python, or C#, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience working in agile environments.
  • Familiarity with Linux and IoT technology, and experience developing applications for industrial or environmental monitoring is a plus.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality software solutions that drive positive impact and promote environmental sustainability.

  • The salary is between € 3.358,98 en € 5.500,- per month, depending on your professional experience.
