We are on the lookout for a creative and goal-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Boosting our IT recruitment services and enhance brand recognition.
• Creation of our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, LinkedIn and Google AdWords.
• Collaborating with the sales team to create sales enablement materials and support the development of targeted messaging and collateral.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
• Managing website content, SEO, and social media channels to engage and expand our audience.
• Tracking and analyzing key marketing metrics and providing regular reports on campaign performance.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT or recruitment industry.
• A strong understanding of lead generation, content marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
