Compensation: $16.25 per hour + $2.50 or $3.00 per hour Shift Differential

Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Description:
We are seeking Production Workers for all shifts. In this role, you will manufacture specialized lightweight food belts, baskets, and fabric components for our Quick Serve Restaurant division.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attach ends on fabricated parts for belts and unload cured items from ovens.
- Inspect patterns on belts and the weave of fabric in baskets for defects; sort products accordingly.
- Assemble belts, baskets, and other fabricated items following written or verbal instructions.
- Package finished belts, baskets, and other components for shipping.
- Rotate between different workstations based on production needs as directed by your supervisor.
- Perform various tasks including sewing or heat sealing along the production line.
- Read orders accurately to complete job functions independently without direct supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of your workspace throughout your shift as needed.
- Accurately record all inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience required—training will be provided!
- Must be available for initial training during first shift hours over an eight-week period
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to read English proficiently enough to understand safety rules operating instructions maintenance procedures etc
- Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication division using whole numbers fractions decimals
- Proficiency in reading tape measures
- Regularly able lift move up pounds occasionally lift move up pounds
