We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a well-established shop in North Tulsa. This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in CNC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and adjust equipment, document test readings, and perform necessary repairs.
• Repair or replace essential components, covering both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret prints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals for equipment repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance using PM programs and inspection checklists.
• Align, fit, repair, and assemble components using tools, meters, gauges, and lifting devices.
• Prepare sketches, write work orders, and plan repairs based on project instructions.
• Fabricate or modify parts to complete repairs according to safety guidelines.
• Investigate equipment failures, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure correct installation of new equipment and document all testing and repairs.
• Follow strict lockout/tagout procedures for safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong skills in CNC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Experience with machining, welding, electronics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to minimizing equipment downtime.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to typical shop conditions, which may include noise, dust, and occasional fumes (OSHA standards followed).
• Requires extensive standing and walking, with occasional work in confined or dusty areas.
• Work primarily indoors but may involve some outdoor tasks as needed.
