About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our team in a dynamic shop environment. This position involves welding and fitting fabricated parts of structural metal products, requiring a strong understanding of welding techniques and quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with metal products, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld structural metal parts according to specifications and project requirements.
• Plan the sequence of operations, select the correct electrodes, and set up welding equipment.
• Connect cables to achieve the desired amperage, voltage, and settings as directed.
• Set wire feed and adjust welding machines based on blueprints and instructions from the Welding Engineer or Technician.
• Interpret blueprints accurately to ensure high-quality welds.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter Welder.
• Proficiency in 2G and 3G welding tests.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and the ability to set up and adjust welding machines effectively.
