Structural Welder – Night Shift

• Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential
• Hours: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday - Friday
• Location: Sapulpa, OK
• Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our night shift team in Sapulpa. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling and welding metal structures, working with precise specifications and blueprints to produce high-quality results.

What You’ll Do:

• Weld and assemble metal structures and components based on project requirements.
• Use MIG and Fluxcore welding techniques to create strong, durable welds.
• Complete weld tests, including 2G MIG Horizontal with Bend, 2G Fluxcore Radiographed, and ½” Plate Double Bevel with Backing Bar.
• Uphold strict quality and safety standards, ensuring every weld meets structural integrity requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2 years of welding experience in a shop setting (fitting experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in MIG and Fluxcore welding, with a strong understanding of welding codes and structural safety practices.
• A detail-oriented mindset and dedication to maintaining high-quality work and a safe work environment.
