About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Class A Assembler to join our team in building air-cooled heat exchanger bundles and related components. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in assembly who pays close attention to detail and follows specifications. If you have experience in the heat exchanger or shell and tube industry, this is a great chance to advance your career.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble air-cooled heat exchanger bundles, including tube expansion, hydro testing, nitrogen purging, and dry-out processes.
• Interpret blueprints and perform precise expansion measurements, setting up machines for plug and cover duties.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts while handling equipment and materials.
• Lead and guide team members in all assembly tasks, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Conduct soap bubble, hydrostatic, and helium testing for quality assurance.
• Work on your feet for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble components with accuracy, following all required processes.
• Read and understand blueprints, making precise calculations for measurements and machine setups.
• Safely operate cranes and forklifts, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Identify and prevent safety risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Lead by example, instructing and supporting team members throughout the assembly process.
• Perform thorough testing procedures to guarantee product quality.
• Maintain physical stamina, working six days a week and handling heavy materials when needed.

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in assembly work.
• Preferred experience in the air-cooled heat exchanger or shell and tube industry.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and performing rigging tasks.
• A proactive approach to safety, teamwork, and effective communication.
