**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children from infancy through adolescence, providing individualized therapeutic interventions designed to help them achieve their highest potential in daily activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients’ developmental abilities and challenges.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address motor skills, sensory processing issues, cognitive functioning, social-emotional development, and self-care tasks.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support the child’s progress both within the clinic setting and at home or school.
- Monitor patient progress regularly; adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluation results.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries according to regulatory standards.
- Provide education and training for parents/caregivers on strategies they can implement at home.

**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
- Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles across physical/cognitive/social domains.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for engaging effectively with children/families/colleagues.
