Commercial Solar Farm Power Outside Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be money-driven, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various situational needs and locations. This position involves extensive travel, allowing you to explore different regions while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

Commercial Sales and Business Development:

  • Work with your Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to promote products and services.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve product offerings and services.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit documentation to our CRM.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial outside sales or a similar role.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Positive attitude and a passion for commercial sales and customer service.

  • Highly motivated, money-driven, and goal-oriented.

  • Flexibility to travel extensively and adapt to different environments.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Benefits:

  • Base salary, plus commission. Range $75K-$120K+
