Role: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Signicast, Hartford, WI

Pay: Starting at $18.50+ depending on relatable experience

Additional Pay: 7% differential for night shift

Schedule: 12 hours on a 2-2-3 rotation 6 am- 6 pm OR 6 pm- 6 am

            Work an average of 78 days less per year on this schedule than a traditional M-F schedule!

Available Positions

You will work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that is highly automated, and immaculate. The available positions are listed below;

·         Dip/De-wax Department

o   You’ll be operating robots that dip the wax spruce into a ceramic slurry to create the casting in our temperature and humidity-controlled area. You will also operate our high-pressure autoclave system which melts the wax out of the ceramic casting

·         Melt/Rough Clean Department

o   You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with different metals. You’ll perform a variety of jobs through the melt area including furnace operation, pouring molten metal, preparing ladles, operating a water blasting machine to remove the ceramic casting, and removing metal parts from the spruce

Education and Experience:

·         High school diploma or HSED/GED equivalent preferred

·         Must possess good computer skills and be able to learn new skills as needed

·         Previous experience is not required but is a plus

·         Ability to read and write English

 

Work Environment & Physical Demands

·         A high attention to detail

·         Fast-paced environment

·         Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear

·         Use hands to work tools, controls, etc.

·         Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
