Role: CNC Operator/Machinist
Location: Signicast, Hartford, WI
Pay: Starting at $18.00- $21 depending on relatable experience
Additional Pay: 7% for 12-hour night shifts
Schedule: 12- hour on a 2-2-3 rotation 6 pm- 6 am
Work an average of 78 days less per year on this schedule than a traditional 9-5 schedule!

You will work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that is highly automated, and immaculate. CNC Operators are responsible for loading parts in the machine, cycling the machine, and detecting malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting and forming tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The below list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.
· Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery
· Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
· Perform first-piece inspection and in-process part inspection
· Use Excel enter variable data for part measurements
· Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; adhering to international standards
· Once trained, perform any needed tool offsets, tool changes, insert changes and perform any needed basic troubleshooting
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or HSED/GED equivalent preferred
· Must possess good computer skills and be able to learn new skills as needed
· Previous experience is not required but is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Demands
· Fast-paced environment
· Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear
· Use hands to work tools, controls, etc.
· Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
