Live Chat Agent - REMOTE (P-T & F-T)

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information through our live chat platform. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.

  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our system.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus.

  • Excellent written communication skills and a friendly tone.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is an advantage.
