Engagement Support - Labuan Bajo

Build and maintain positive relationships with driver-partners and local merchants in Labuan Bajo. Oversee and manage daily operations at the office in Labuan Bajo. Support merchant acquisition efforts to expand service offering in the area. Requirements : - Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to regularly meet with driver-partners and engage in constructive discussions. - Based in Labuan Bajo, and fluent in the local dialect of Flores, NTT. - Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1). - Strong knowledge of the geographical layout of Labuan Bajo and NTT, and familiarity with the local culture and community dynamics. - Good public speaking - Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Suit - Able speak in English (daily conversation) Placement : Labuan Bajo (Jalan Wae Mata) Contract : 12 months *Please Submit CV in English Benefit; Basic Salary, BPJS
