Engagement Support Coordinator - Labuan Bajo

Core Objectives: 1. Build and maintain positive relationships with driver-partners and local merchants in Labuan Bajo. 2. Oversee and manage daily operations at the office in Labuan Bajo. 3. Support merchant acquisition efforts to expand the service offering in the area. Essential Experience / Criteria: 1. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to regularly meet with driver-partners and engage in constructive discussions. 2. Male, under 28 years of age, based in Labuan Bajo, and fluent in the local dialect of Flores, NTT. 3. Holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1). 4. Strong knowledge of the geographical layout of Labuan Bajo and NTT, as well as familiarity with the local culture and community dynamics. 5. Good public speaking skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Desirable Experience / Criteria: 1. Preferably has a family or is comfortable with family responsibilities. 2. A strong team player with a good sense of collaboration and responsibility. 3. Demonstrates professional manners and a well-groomed appearance. 4. Able to prioritize urgent and important tasks effectively. 5. Capable of working under pressure and adapting to a fast-paced environment. 6. Able to communicate in English (for daily conversations).
