1. Menerima pesanan sayur, buah, daging sapi, daging babi, bumbu masak, dan barang kebutuhan dapur lainnya 2. Bisa pegang daging babi 3. Bisa potong sayuran, buah ataupun daging sesuai arahan koki 4. Cuci piring, nyapu, ngepel, bersihkan area dapur, area makan dan gudang bahan makanan 5. Disediakan mess untuk tempat tinggal dan disediakan bahan makanan untuk makan 6. Bisa bekerjasama dengan tim, semua jobdesk akan dibagi dengan tim 7. Mengontrol stock di area bahan makanan 8. Menerima tamu dan menyajikan makanan untuk tamu (jika ada tamu)
