- Pendidikan minimal Sarjana / S1. - Pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang yang sama. - Memiliki kemampuan Public Relation. - Memiliki kemampuan untuk menangani pelanggan (termasuk keluhan pelanggan). - Mengerti operasional bisnis retail secara keseluruhan.  - Mengerti komputer (ms. Office, spss) dan dan sistem manajerial. - Mengetahui product, system, pricing, SOP /rules. - Bisa bekerja di dalam tim maupun individu. - Memiliki Leadership yang baik. - Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan. - Memiliki networking yang luas. - Memahami pemasaran digital. - Mengerti berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. - Bersedia bekerja di akhir pekan dan/atau hari libur. - Up to date dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini.
