F&B MANAGER

- Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan dan operasional Makanan dan Minuman, baik operasional dapur maupun operasional pelayanan. - Mengawasi seluruh kegiatan operasional Resaturan (dapur & pelayanan) . - Kontrol laporan Penjualan dan Pemasaran. - Tetapkan kendali atas operasi produksi dapur dan area lantai. - Mengawasi biaya dan pengeluaran Restauran secara teratur. - Melakukan perencanaan dan pengawasan di Restaura. - Mengawasi kinerja tim. - Memastikan tim bekerja sesuai standar SOP dan HACCP. - Mengawasi pelatihan/pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.
