1. Mampu menjaga hubungan baik dengan User/PIC 2. Terbiasa mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PIVOT, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP & aplikasi Microsoft lainnya 3. Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen nasabah pengajuan kredit 4. Bertanggung jawab melakukan pengelolaan administrasi terhadap alur perkreditan nasabah 5. Menguasai dan memahami istilah yg biasa digunakan di perbankan 6. Mengelola kas kecil dan kas besar untuk membuat dan menyusun data keuangan 7. Memelihara dokumen dan sistem data yang ada ditempat kerjanya 8. Melakukan kegiatan administrasi seperti surat menyurat input data, rekap data, dandokumentasi 9. Menyusun laporan bulanan berupa laporan kegiatan dan laporan keuangan 10. Supporting dalam kegiatan audit
