- Mengingatkan nasabah terkait keterlambatan dalam pembayaran kredit - Memonitor keterlambatan pembayaran kredit nasabah (kunjungan ke rumah nasabah) visit - Memberikan informasi dan edukasi kepada nasabah terkait dengan alternatif cara-cara pembayaran yang dapat dilakukan - Membina komunikasi dan hubungan baik dengan nasabah - Membantu sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi kepada nasabah untuk pembayaran angsuran/cicilan. - Melaporkan hasil kunjungan dan mengkomunikasikan kesulitan yang ditemui saat kunjungan kepada atasan
