Director of Parenting Education

Key responsibilities of the Director include recruiting participants, promoting services, and delivering the evidence-based Triple P, Positive Parenting Program effectively. The role supports the Program Director by managing administrative duties and acting as a point of contact with partner organizations.

**Primary Duties:**
- Manage program logistics including personnel management, training activities, service execution, and documentation.
- Lead efforts in participant recruitment and community engagement.
- Guarantee precise data collection on participants' progress and outcomes.
- Deliver research-backed parenting support across various formats (group sessions, one-on-one meetings, in-person or online).
- Cultivate collaborations with local organizations focused on parenting and early childhood education.

**Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling-related fields such as social work or early childhood development preferred.
- Experience delivering adult-focused educational content in group settings.
- Competency with technology; proficient use of databases alongside Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Ability to engage families from diverse cultural backgrounds with cultural sensitivity.
- Familiarity with local demographic needs along with state resources is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills for balancing both coordination tasks alongside facilitation duties effectively.
- Proven track record in identifying challenges proactively while enhancing program effectiveness.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills and proven presentation skills required. An understanding of how systems like race or gender discrimination impact educators/children's service experiences is important. Candidates should demonstrate rapport-building expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical strengths. Varied hours include occasional evenings and weekends.
