**Position Title: Community Outreach Coordinator**

**Job Overview:**
Full-time professional needed to promote and facilitate agency initiatives to local groups, health institutions, educational establishments, social service organizations, and other relevant parties. This role also involves representing the organization at public gatherings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organize and lead diverse educational sessions for community practitioners, guardians, and youth.
- Cultivate partnerships with regional schools, daycare providers, and community entities to bolster learning programs.
- Frequently travel within the locality while working autonomously in various settings.
- Compile detailed documentation of all instructional activities and feedback assessments; generate monthly summaries.
- Keep informed about emerging studies and community topics concerning family/child well-being.
- Undertake additional tasks as designated.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution focused on education, child development, public health sector communication, or social sciences is desirable.
- Proven experience in delivering professional presentations is essential.
- Ability to engage effectively with culturally diverse groups is crucial.
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Availability for a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend or evening commitments required.
- Prior experience in public speaking engagements or program delivery advantageous.
- Adeptness in computer applications including Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint) necessary.
- Empathetic approach with keen attention to detail needed.

Candidates must have dependable transportation methods along with a valid driver’s license.
