Mental Health Therapist

We seek a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality counseling and therapeutic services to our diverse clientele. You will work closely with our Clinical Director and Director of Operations to ensure the delivery of client-centered care. You must be licensed in Nevada.

Responsibilities for Mental Health Therapist:

• Conduct individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy sessions.  

• Develop and implement treatment plans.  

• Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals.  

• Maintain accurate and timely client records.  

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screening.

• Complete clinically sound documentation and progress notes. 

Qualifications:

• Mental Health Therapist Intern  (licensed) for MFT, CSW, or CPC in Nevada. 

• Licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCSW  in Nevada.  

• Experience not required but desired  

• Strong understanding of ethical and client-centered care.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
