Premier Auto and RV provides quality Automotive, Truck, Trailer, Motor-home, and RV repair in Falcon, Colorado. We are a family-owned business delivering honest and professional automotive repair and auto maintenance services to the people of Falcon and surrounding areas. We work with any insurance and extended warranty companies.
We do windshield and glass repair and replacement on all vehicles including motor homes.
We do bodywork.
We have a 24-hour assistance hotline.
We can pick up and drop off vehicles.
We sell and install solar panel systems on motor homes and RVs.

Position Details

• Reports To: Service Advisor 

• Entry Level

Summary: Portor/Ramp Technician willattend to all types and makes of vehicles, assist with administrative tasks, shuttle customers or vehicles as needed, grounds and shop organization and cleanliness, focused attention on organized and clean working environment. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Assist in maintaining a neat, orderly and clean office, shop, customer waiting area, bathrooms and outside landscape. 

• Provide customer service including assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.  

• Deliver parts and vehicles to designed areas as needed, provide customers with shuttle service as requested. 

• Mechanical knowledge of machines, tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenance.  

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and rotation of tires, only on company vehicles as scheduled and approved. 

• Maintain company vehicles, complete required logs, determine most efficient routes, keep critical tools available, and report all issues to management.

Requirements: 

• Clean valid current Driver’s License 

• Pass a Drug and Background Check 

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 

Education/Experience:  

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Possess a basic understanding of the mechanical functions of an automobile, truck, RV and small engines.  

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar setting.  

Certificates and Licenses:  

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable through company’s provider. 

Work Environment:  

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. 

Physical Demands:  

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. 

Job Details:  

• Schedule: Monday through Friday - 7:30am to 5:30 pm

• Hours per week – 40/45
