Power Real Estate founder and owner Paul Powers, earned a BA degree from the University of Alabama in Real Estate Finance and a Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. He has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has developed over 35 subdivisions in Mobile and Baldwin counties. His experience of closing over 2,500 real estate transactions locally provides clients with the confidence of knowing that their real estate needs can be solved. Although a land specialist, his experience spans sales, development, finance and rentals.

Paul and his Real Estate Team are a group of outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, cycling, water and snow skiing, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, hunting, golf and tennis.  Paul’s love for the outdoors led him to start Power Real Estate in 1990 and become an Accredited Land Consultant with a vision to sell and owner finance lots and acreage for clients perfect homesites. Over just the past 5 years, Power Real Estate has been honored to help over 400 families buy or sell properties, making them THE Market Leader for land sales In Mobile and Baldwin Counties.

Vacation Rentals are also now available through Power Real Estate with properties in Baldwin County and Florida.
