We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. Unlike corprate owned practices we allow our veterinarians to practice medicine with freedom. No quota's, no algorithm's, no flowcharts, no appointment minimums. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a passion for animal care, and the ability to effectively communicate with pet owners about their pets' health needs. As part of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions in pets, performing surgeries, prescribing medications, and advising pet owners on proper pet care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose health issues.
- Perform surgical procedures as necessary.
- Administer vaccinations and prescribe medications.
- Develop treatment plans for sick or injured animals.
- Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment options, preventive care measures, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinic standards.
- Collaborate with other veterinary staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
- Valid state veterinary license (or ability to obtain one).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Compassionate attitude towards animals along with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
