Summary

This position provides functional support for the EES office; handles registrations both online and over the phone, manages instructors and contracts, submits financial records and requests, supports the EES team with programming and communication tasks.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Education: Associate’s degree required

• Personal motor vehicle for use during working hours required

• Valid, unrestricted Michigan driver’s license or ability to obtain by start date

• Ability to work in the office at the University Center as well as remotely

Essential Responsibilities

• Serves as a front line person for managing registrations

• Manages instructor contracts and pay

• Supports EES team with programming tasks

• Trains and supports new/staff on all office duties such as registration, instructor contracts, communication, and business office processes

• Responds in a timely fashion, with eagerness, and positivity, to inquiries from walk-in customers, phone calls, email, and social media
