We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team full-time. This role is essential in supporting HR functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will assist in recruiting efforts, coordinate hiring processes, and support various HR administrative tasks. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers, attending recruitment events, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Minimal travel required for hiring events.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
Support the onboarding process, ensuring a positive new hire experience.
Track recruitment metrics and assist in reporting hiring effectiveness.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including personnel file maintenance, compliance tracking, and general support.
Stay updated on HR best practices and recruitment trends.
Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment-related social media platforms.
Valid Ohio driver’s license, automobile, and good driving record required.
Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing required.
